Sports Massage
Sports Massage is the scientific manipulation and assessment of the soft tissues for the prevention of injuries, whist maintaining good physical condition and health. Many people presume that sports massage is solely for aspiring athletes this is not the case sports massage or deep tissue massage is beneficial to anyone.
The personal training sessions are designed with the client’s health and fitness history, goals, and lifestyle in mind. The training sessions are developed to provide the individual client with the tools needed to reach their fitness goals.
